Guda Wire and Cable (Group) Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 with a registered capital of 307.9 million yuan. It is located in Xiayun Industrial Park, National High-tech Zone, Anshun City, Guizhou Province. The factory covers an area of 265 mu, with a construction area of 200,000 square meters and a designed annual output value of 10 billion yuan. The company is composed of 6 large modern workshops and 1 national-level CNAS laboratory. It mainly focuses on the research and development, design, manufacturing, marketing and service of 35kV and below power cables, photovoltaic cables, charging pile cables, new energy vehicle wires, high-end home decoration wires and other products. The products are widely used in power, transportation, urban construction, home decoration and new energy supporting fields.
The company has been honored with numerous awards, including the National Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise, National Green Factory, National High-tech Enterprise, One of the Top Ten Green Brands in China's Wire and Cable Industry, one of the Top Ten Brands in Wire and Cable Industry, Key Leading Enterprise in Guizhou Province, Guizhou Enterprise Technology Center, One of the Top Ten Brands in Guizhou's Manufacturing Industry, and the Nomination Award of Anshun Mayor's Quality Award. At present, the company has over 700 employees and has recruited more than 110 high-precision scientific research talents, external professors and experts. It has established in-depth industry-university-research cooperation with renowned universities and research institutions such as Shanghai Cable Research Institute, Beihang University, Central South University, Guizhou University and Guizhou Provincial Materials Industry Technology Research Institute. Through continuous technological breakthroughs, we have successively overcome market technical challenges such as fire-resistant cables and moisture-proof wires in the industry, obtained over 100 national patents, and received multiple international authoritative certifications including German TUV Rheinland, EU RoHS, and Australian SAA. We have also passed the "China Compulsory Product Certification Class A Enterprise" certification and were among the first in the industry to pass the "China Environmental Protection Product" certification. In terms of quality control, the company has established the first national-level CNAS laboratory in the cable industry of Guizhou Province, and introduced first-class testing equipment such as the British BS6387 fire resistance test and detection instrument and the vertical burning test machine for bundled cables. In addition, to ensure that the entire process of products from raw material procurement to factory release is dynamically traceable and controllable, in 2019, the company was the first in the industry to apply the Ecode quality traceability code throughout the production process. It innovatively applied the cable product body identification, technical standards to regulate the quality metadata, traceability process, and data connection norms of cable products, etc., in order to establish an "electronic ID card" form for the products Realize real-time mobile "palm" verification of product information. The products have been exported to 66 countries and regions including Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, the Philippines and Honduras.
Under the background of the big data era, in order to further enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and build a smart factory, in 2019, the company introduced the "Lean Manufacturing APS Management System" based on the concept of big data control, which connected the data chains of the client end, sales end, production end, equipment end and finance end, and achieved an increase in production efficiency of about 25%. In 2024, the company will actively build the first 5G+AI large model digital factory in Guizhou Province, achieving full coverage of all information including the smart logistics system and AGV unmanned forklifts through a single network.
