On the morning of August 8, Chen Shaorong, Secretary of the Anshun Municipal Party Committee, Yin Hengbin, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Huang Bo, Secretary-General of the Municipal Party Committee, went to Guda Wire and Cable (Group) Co., Ltd. to investigate and guide the work, accompanied by Tang Youbo, Secretary of the District Party Committee. During the investigation, Li Haojie introduced Guda's product research and development, market expansion and intelligent manufacturing to Chen Shuji and his party. In front of the large screen of the group's exhibition hall digital strategy, Li Haojie introduced in detail the relevant situation of Guda intelligent manufacturing. Li Haojie said that in 2019, the group built an intelligent Internet of Things manufacturing system "Lean Manufacturing APS Management System" based on the concept of big data management and control. The system realized the data interconnection of many user platforms such as "China Southern Power Grid and State Grid", opened up the data chain of the company's sales end, production end and equipment end, and could dynamically check and control the material cost and labor cost of cable manufacturing in real time, at present, a paperless information delivery system has been implemented to realize the dynamic display capability of the digital workshop. In addition, the group participated in the establishment of a national wire and cable quality management analysis platform. The "Ecode National Standard Compilation Work Conference" held in Guizhou on July 19. Guda is the first Ecode code trial unit in the national wire and wire industry. Currently, it has realized the information integration of the whole process from production to circulation of products, and has written the information into the China Article Coding Center to establish electronic identity cards for products, realize product information traceability.
After listening to the introduction, Secretary Chen fully affirmed the achievements of Guda's intelligent manufacturing and information development, and placed high hopes on Guda's future development.
