Recently, the testing center of Guda wire and cable (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guda cable group testing center) officially obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate of China National Accreditation Committee for conformity assessment (CNAS), becoming the first cable industry enterprise approved by CNAS laboratory in Guizhou Province, marking that Guda cable group testing center has entered the ranks of national recognized laboratories.
According to reports, in October last year, the review expert group conducted a comprehensive review of the management system documents and management system operation status of the testing center based on the CNAS-CL01:2018 "Standards for Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. The expert group conducted a strict review of on-site inspection project sightings, laboratory-related information verification, on-site experiment reports or data, etc., focusing on the implementation of the work plan formulated by the laboratory to participate in the ability verification, the results of the laboratory to participate in the ability verification, the evaluation of measurement uncertainty, the verification records of testing methods, the environmental facilities and conditions of the laboratory, the configuration of instruments and equipment, and the traceability of values, the amount of calibration/verification certificate information and the correct use of the results, the testing experience, the effectiveness of quality control and the evaluation of the results, the status of the laboratory issued inspection and testing reports, the operation of the management system, etc. are reviewed. During the review, the expert group agreed that the management system of the testing center is effective, the personnel structure is reasonable, the equipment configuration is perfect, it fully meets the relevant requirements of CNAS review, and has the technical ability to carry out inspection and testing according to the corresponding accreditation standards of CNAS national laboratories.
The person in charge of the testing center of Guda Cable Group said that the CNAS approval certificate obtained this time shows that Guda Group has established a quality management system in line with international standards and has the technical ability to carry out testing in accordance with relevant international and domestic standards. Within the scope of approval, authoritative reports with CNAS logo can be issued, which means that the test reports issued by Guda are more authoritative and fair, it indicates that the testing equipment, facilities, technical testing and management capabilities of Guda testing center have reached the domestic first-class level and meet the requirements of international standards.
