According to reports, in order to actively respond to the call of the national "double carbon" strategic goal, promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises to the direction of high-end, intelligent and green development, and efficiently develop new quality productivity, Guda cable group has invested in 0.25 billion and built a major provincial project with a total construction area of 91000 square meters, so as to promote the technological transformation and production capacity improvement of enterprises. Among them, the second-phase new workshop has introduced 35 intelligent production lines and 58 large-scale modern production equipment, such as "double-split motor copper drawing continuous annealing machine", "13-mold aluminum drawing production line", "full-automatic tubular stranding machine", "high-speed cradle cable forming machine", "intelligent frame stranding machine take-up frame" and "full-automatic eight-head middle drawing production line. Efficient and intelligent production mode, after full production, the company's total output value can reach 5 billion yuan and more than 200 new jobs can be created.
"The new workshop introduces domestic and international first-class equipment, which is mainly used for the production and manufacture of cable products in high-tech fields such as photovoltaic cables, charging pile cables, and new energy vehicle wires. At present, the cable production capacity of the new workshop reaches 260 m/min. The wire production capacity reaches 400 m/min, and the production efficiency has increased by about 30%, which can effectively meet the construction capacity and timeliness requirements of various large-scale projects." When checking the production progress in the second-phase new workshop, Xu po, production director of guda cable group, introduced it.
Since the beginning of this year, Guda has received about 1 billion yuan of project orders from Indonesia, cities and prefectures in Guizhou Province, Yunnan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Henan, Tianjin, Shaanxi and other international and domestic regions, covering wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, civil engineering construction, real estate, retail market and other fields. At present, nearly 0.5 billion yuan of project orders have been delivered.
