In the Guda digital exhibition area, Xu po, production director of Guda cable group, introduced Guda's "lean manufacturing APS management system" based on the concept of big data control and Guda cable product quality traceability system to the delegation. Xu Po said: Guda is the first trial unit of quality traceability code (Ecode code) in the domestic cable industry. It will take the lead in applying it to the whole production process in 2019. It will innovate the application of cable product ontology identification technology and establish an electronic "ID card" form for products through standard specifications such as cable product quality metadata, traceability process and data docking specifications, realize the product from the birth, testing, acceptance, use of the whole chain information one-key "palm" traceability. After listening to Xu Po's introduction, the delegation praised and recognized the deep integration of Guda's digital construction and manufacturing production development.
Subsequently, the delegation went deep into the Guda new energy cable workshop and intuitively felt the advanced manufacturing level of Guda cable, and said that through this visit, Guizhou's leading digital development level and advanced production technology have great value and reference significance for our country's industrial intelligent development, We will also further promote the friendly exchanges and cooperation between relevant enterprises in various regions of Thailand and Guda and other excellent Chinese enterprises.
