The background computer displays all information such as production data, quality data, online monitoring, quality management, etc. The notebook commonly used by workers on the workbench has now become a large digital screen.
Employees query production orders through large screen
On the production line, the staff member Yang Yanping skillfully turned on the computer next to the equipment, clicked the mouse, and could see the product type, quantity, progress, etc., and then started the one-day production task according to the order.
"Now having this large digital screen makes our work a lot easier. All the information of the production workshop will be gathered into the system. If you want to inquire about the order situation, you can know it through the computer." Yang Yanping said that the transformation of production methods has also greatly improved production efficiency.
Employees keep records of daily production
In 2019, Guda will introduce a "lean manufacturing APS management system" based on the concept of big data management and control, which will realize data interconnection with many platforms such as the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid. While realizing paperless, it will make information transmission more efficient, open up the data chains at the sales end, production end and equipment end, make the cable manufacturing material cost and labor cost dynamically detectable, controllable and paperless information transmission, and improve the production efficiency by about 25%.
"Building smart chemical factories requires more digital production and operation mode. As the first Ecode code trial unit in the domestic industry, we take the lead in applying it to the whole production process and establishing a comprehensive quality traceability system. From raw material procurement to product delivery and listing, the whole process integrates information and imports it into the database of China's Item Coding Center, so that all products sold have a' electronic id card' to realize one-click 'code traceability of product information '." Wei Haobing, chief technology engineer of Guda Cable Group, said that through the technology precipitation in the first phase of the factory, technological innovation will continue to extend in new projects.
Bundles of cables waiting to be shipped
At the site of Guda Cable Group Phase II project, the new energy cable workshop and corresponding supporting facilities are ready to go. There is a constant flow of moving vehicles, and bundles of cables are waiting for trucks to be sold to the market.
Commissioning of new equipment by staff
At present, 32000 square meters of new energy cable workshop has been put into operation. 58 large-scale modern production equipment and 35 intelligent production lines have been introduced. They mainly produce photovoltaic cables, charging column cables, new energy vehicle wires, fire-proof cables, low-smoke halogen-free cables and other products. After full production, the overall annual output value is expected to reach 5 billion yuan.
This year, Guda Cable Group has received 1 billion yuan of project orders from the province and Yunnan, Guangxi, Sichuan, Henan, Tianjin, Shaanxi, Xinjiang and other regions, covering wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, civil engineering construction, real estate, retail market and other fields. At present, 0.86 billion project orders have been delivered.
"With the completion and commissioning of the second phase of the project and the continuous expansion of the market, we plan to equip unmanned forklifts and robotic arms to make our production workshops smarter." Xu Po, production director of Guda Cable Group, said that he will make every effort to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in the direction of high-end, intelligent and green development, so as to continuously improve production technology and production efficiency, ensure stable and high-quality output of cable products, actively cultivate the new energy market, and continuously maintain the vitality of enterprise development.
