Precautions for Photovoltaic Cable Irradiation

Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin irradiation material performance and irradiation processing has the particularity, so the irradiation should pay attention to the following points:
a. Before irradiation, check whether the conductor of each cable head is fully grounded, and it is strictly prohibited to irradiate the cable without grounding.
B. The absorbed dose during irradiation of insulated wire core and sheath layer shall be subject to qualified thermal extension test.
c. The surface of the irradiated insulated wire core and sheath layer shall be smooth, free of oil stains, with no obvious difference in color and luster, free of scratches, fluffing, cracking, bubbles and other phenomena, and the printing shall be clear and scratch-resistant.
d. When the irradiation speed rises and falls, the traction and take-up speed should be coordinated with the beam current adjustment action to avoid over-dose or under-dose.
E. after irradiation, the insulated wire core and sheath layer shall be grounded and fully discharged and parked for 48h before moving to the next process.
