There are many kinds of indoor cable heads, including indoor dry-pack type, heat-shrinkable type, paper-insulated pouring type, etc. However, the general low-voltage power distribution project is used in dry-pack and heat-shrinkable.
Dry package type: the material is only high-voltage adhesive tape, phase color adhesive tape, plastic tape, connection terminals, etc., which are directly wound manually, and there is no additional protection on the cable core.
Heat shrinkable terminal head: plastic gloves, plastic heat shrinkable tube, phase tube, wiring terminals, etc. are all heat shrinkable with alcohol blowtorch. First shrink tube, then shrink gloves, phase tube, crimping terminal. Different from the dry bag type, the protection level of the heat shrinkable method is relatively high, and the core wire is protected by a layer of plastic pipe, which is relatively beautiful. Of course, the price is much higher. 70 square gloves probably cost tens of dollars.
The construction organization design is compiled by itself after entering the site. Party A and the design shall follow the requirements for cable heads if they have requirements, and can choose their own methods if they do not have requirements.
In fact, there is no statement that the pre-branch cable head is finished. The pre-branch cables are all finished products, which are processed by the manufacturer according to the height of the floor and the length of the branch, and can be transported to the site for direct hoisting. The cable head is the same as the ordinary cable head, and there is no difference. The baotou at the cable branch is not processed on site and cannot be processed on site. The statement on the second floor is wrong, so only T-terminal box or puncture clamp branch can be used.
Dry-pack cable heads are generally used in low-voltage cable heads, and dry-pack cable heads are wound with insulating plastic tape. The pouring cable head is generally used in high-voltage cable head. It is a pouring cable head formed by purchasing complete sets of finished molds and pouring insulating glue after installation in place. Heat-shrinkable cable heads are generally used in high and low voltage cable heads. They are cable heads formed by purchasing finished heat-shrinkable tubes and heat-shrinkable gloves, gradually installing them step by step and baking heat-shrinkable tubes and heat-shrinkable gloves with blowlamps, heat-shrinkable tubes and heat-shrinkable gloves after being heated.
